I rented a room on 02/24/2016 thinking it was a okay place; however, once I arrived in the room to my surprise the A/C didn't work, no towels, dirty, only the hot water works and no remote. I approached the Manager and other eemployees to ask for a refund but wasn't successful. They gave me a box fan that was broken and stated they were sorry. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a dog. Poor service as well.September 08, 2016
